FREE delivery for all orders over $250.
All orders over $250 are delivered free of charge to anywhere in Australia.
For orders less than $250 we charge a small fee which is displayed during
checkout.
Delivery by Australia Post.
We ship all MultiMaster sets and accessories by Australia Post, so street
addresses and PO Box addresses are both fine. Depending on the value of the
order, the parcel might be registered and require a signature at the
destination.
Rapid despatch.
We keep in stock a large inventory, so your order is usually despatched (from
Melbourne) the same day or the next day. If an item on your order is not
immediately available, we will notify you with an estimated time of arrival.
Unless we contact you, you can be confident your order is on its way.
Delivery timeframes.
After despatch, the timeframe to receive your order is dependent on your
location. Below is an indication of typical shipping durations in business days,
please us this as a guide:

Special delivery instructions.
During the online ordering process, there is a section for Special
Instructions.
Special instructions could include things like:
- "Please hold delivery until after Wednesday."
- "Please deliver to back door."
- "Enter off Chamberlin St."
- "Urgent delivery required - please ring me with priority delivery
quote." See below for information on urgent deliveries.
If you're not available to receive a delivery - what
happens?
High value parcels delivered by Australia Post are registered by us, so you
will need to sign for them. Low value unregistered parcels may be left in your
letter box if they fit. If you are not there to sign for registered parcels or
if unregistered parcels will not fit in your letter box, Australia Post will
leave a calling card and take them to your local post office for you to pick up
later.
Urgent deliveries.
Ideally don't leave orders until the last minute! But if you have an urgent
delivery requirement, let us know the situation and we will do what we can.
For small items, we can put them in an Express Post satchel for you and can
usually absorb the additional delivery cost. For larger items we cannot absorb
priority shipping costs, so we would have to bill you for these. We can let you
know in advance what priority shipping costs will be. Use the online order form
Special Instruction section to let us know your priority requirements, email us
or give us a call.
Delivery to PO Boxes.
No problem.
Shipping insurance.
Our shipping insurance covers all deliveries, except if you request (through
us or directly with the courier) to have your order left unattended at the
receiving end. Liability for the goods becomes yours in this situation.
Just ordered, but need to order something else?
If we have not despatched your initial order by the time your second order is
received, we will combine the orders and only charge you shipping fees based on
the sum of both orders. Combined orders totalling over $250 are delivered free
of charge Combined orders less than $250 are subject to the fees mentioned
above.
If our ordering system has charged you more shipping fees than you should
really pay for combined orders, we will refund the unnecessary fees back to you.
Damage during shipping.
In the unlikely event your goods are damaged
in transit let us know straight away. If damaged in transit we will organise a
replacement tool or part free of charge. At our discretion you may need to
return the damaged product to us for assessment, email photographs of the
damage, or complete a return/replacement form. You will not be charged for any
damaged items shipping costs if this is required...
